We offer scheduled pick-up and drop-off for selected services, making it easier for busy pet owners to keep a consistent routine. How it works: • Zone-based pricing, with transport fees based on your pick-up and drop-off location • Routes are planned with comfort and welfare first, helping to minimise time in transit while supporting smooth scheduling • Pre-arranged service windows: pick-up from 6.30am to 10.30am and drop-off from 4.30pm to 8.30pm • Safe loading, calm handling, and secured travel using appropriate restraint or crating • Clear updates and handover communication Ideal for: Daycare routines Grooming appointments Selected training and other services where applicable Please note that while we will always do our best to accommodate timing requests, this may not always be possible due to welfare considerations and operational requirements.
