Build confidence, life skills and calmer habits from the start. Puppy Steps To Success is an 8-session group class designed to help young puppies build confidence, focus and everyday life skills through structured, positive reinforcement-based training. This course supports both puppy and owner, helping you understand how your puppy learns, what they are communicating, and how to build the habits, confidence and connection that can support them for life. Throughout the course, you and your puppy will be guided through foundation skills including focus, recall, loose-leash walking, handling, socialisation, confidence-building and practical responses for real-world situations. Rather than simply teaching commands, we help you build a calmer, safer and more trusting relationship with your puppy, both in class and at home. Foundation Skills You And Your Puppy Will Build Across The Course: • Focus and engagement • Core cues: sit, stay, come, touch and leave it • Recall foundations • Loose-leash walking • Handling and grooming confidence • Safe and appropriate socialisation • Confidence-building around new experiences • Understanding puppy behaviour and body language Each class builds on the previous one, helping your puppy progress at a pace they can cope with while giving you practical tools to use in everyday life. Your Puppy Starter Box: Included with your course is a curated Puppy Starter Box with a value of over $200, designed to support your puppy beyond the classroom. We have chosen each item with care to help you build the habits, confidence and connection that can support your puppy for life. Inside, you’ll find a thoughtful mix of training treats, a 7-pack meal bundle, enrichment items and puppy care products from brands we trust and feel happy recommending. You’ll also receive vouchers to continue your puppy’s journey with us and build on their experience at Noble Canine Oasis. To celebrate your puppy’s graduation from the course, they will receive a personalised dog tag and signed certificate. The Starter Box contents may vary slightly depending on availability and what is suitable for each puppy, but every box is selected to support early learning, enrichment, wellbeing and everyday puppy life. Classes are kept small to support calm learning and practical guidance for both puppies and owners.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Transfers and Missed Classes Puppy Class is an eight-session programme, and registration is for the full course. If you cannot attend your registered intake, please contact us at least 24 hours before the first class. We may transfer your registration to another available intake, subject to availability. Refunds are not available. Requests made less than 24 hours before the first class will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at Noble Canine’s discretion. Missed classes cannot be rescheduled, transferred or replaced. No refunds, credits or make-up sessions will be provided, including for late arrival. If Noble Canine cancels or postpones a class, it will be rescheduled at the earliest reasonable opportunity. Class Participation Disclaimer Our classes focus on building skills and are not suitable for dogs reactive to other dogs, animals, or people. For reactive dogs, please consider our reactivity classes or private sessions. Participation, Safety and Responsibility Dog training involves inherent risks arising from interaction with dogs, people, equipment and shared spaces. Noble Canine takes reasonable precautions to provide a safe learning environment. Participants must supervise and control their dog, follow the trainer’s instructions and disclose any relevant health, behavioural or safety concerns before taking part. Participants are responsible for injury, loss or damage caused by their actions or their dog, except where caused by Noble Canine’s negligence or breach of duty. Noble Canine is not responsible for loss or injury arising from inherent risks, failure to follow reasonable instructions or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.
