Fraser Noble
Fraser Noble
Founder, Canine Behaviour Consultant
& Dog Trainer
Fraser grew up in the scenic countryside of Scotland, where his love for animals, particularly dogs, was forged at a young age. Surrounded by working farm dogs, gun dogs, and working with security dogs while at university, Fraser’s life has always been intertwined with these incredible animals. This upbringing laid the foundation for a lifelong passion that would later evolve into a professional career in canine behaviour and training.

In 2015, Fraser and his wife adopted their first 'Singapore Special', a shy and reactive mongrel named Athos. This experience was a turning point for Fraser. Athos struggled with reactivity, especially toward older men and dogs, which led Fraser to realise that traditional training methods weren’t enough. He needed a deeper understanding of canine psychology and behaviour to help Athos not just behave, but feel secure and confident in the world.

Fraser's quest for knowledge to help Athos led him to pursue a comprehensive education in canine behaviour and psychology. He holds a Diploma in Canine Behaviour (CEO), a Diploma in Positive Dog Training (CEO), and has earned additional certifications in Advanced Canine Psychology & Canine Behaviour (ABD). Fraser also expanded his knowledge in Positive Dog Training and earned a Canine Nutrition Diploma (CEO) to better understand the impact of diet on a dog’s behaviour and overall health. He is certified as a Pro Dog Trainer (ABD), and has accreditations: IAABC Professional Behaviour Consultant CDBC and Professional Dog Trainer PDT. His qualifications in Health and Safety and Training and Assessment further support his ability to create structured, safe, and effective training programs for both dogs and their owners.

Fraser’s education isn’t limited to dogs; his Masters in Business Management has enabled him to build and run Noble Canine, a successful business focused on helping rescue dogs and families create meaningful, long-lasting relationships with their dogs. His qualifications in Health & Safety (Dip CRPL) Training and Assessment (IV CRPL) allow him to develop and deliver practical and effective training programs for people and their dogs, ensuring they are empowered with the skills and knowledge needed to manage, modify behaviour and train their dogs effectively.

Since founding Noble Canine, Fraser has worked with over 2000 clients, ranging from reactive rescues to family pets, using a holistic approach that blends positive modern, practical, evidence-based techniques with a deep understanding of canine behaviour. His goal is not just to manage problematic behaviour but to address the root cause, ensuring long-term success and well-being for both the dog and the family.

Fraser’s own dogs; Athos, Aramis, and Porthos continue to inspire his work, and his family, including his daughter Freya, has provided first-hand experience in balancing the unique dynamics of raising children with dogs.
At Noble Canine, Fraser’s passion is clear: to help every dog and family create a safe, harmonious, and fulfilling life together.
