A Safe Trip For Your Companions
Your dog will be transported in their own individual crate for their safety and welfare. We limit the maximum trip time to 90 minutes to reduce stress and ensure comfort.
When booking your transport service, select the zone that applies to your location.
If you are adding additional dogs, scroll down and select each additional dog accordingly.
Please ensure the same zone is selected for all dogs in your booking.
Pre-arranged service windows:
Pick-up from 6.30am to 10.30am
Drop-off from 4.30pm to 8.30pm
Please note that while we will always do our best to accommodate timing requests, this may not always
be possible due to welfare considerations and operational requirements.
