It’s built by people who genuinely care about dogs, have lived the reality of behavioural challenges, and chose to create the kind of place they wish had existed earlier. We’re hands-on, standards-led, and here for better days, not just busy ones.
Fraser Noble
Founder • Managing Director • Canine Behaviour Consultant
Fraser founded Noble Canine to specialise in science-led behavioural guidance and training, grounded in a welfare-first philosophy. He sets the standard across Noble Canine Oasis, protects the approach, and coaches the team so decisions stay rooted in what genuinely helps dogs and families in real life.
Jay Quek
Operations Manager • Behavioural Dog Trainer
Jay began as a Noble Canine client, navigating his own dog’s challenges first-hand, before turning that experience into a career and a calling. He runs the day-to-day operations at Noble Canine Oasis, keeping standards tight and bringing a trainer’s eye to handling, routines, safety, and team consistency.
Cheryl Lim
Sales & Client Care • Dog Trainer
Cheryl also came to Noble Canine as a client, and the results sparked a deeper commitment to doing right by dogs and owners. She’s the bridge between families and the facility, making sure people feel heard, supported, and guided with clarity and kindness.
Luke Shepherd
Brand & Marketing
Luke’s story follows the same client-to-mission pathway. After seeing what force-free behaviour work can change in everyday life, he bought into the bigger vision: building a hub where dogs are supported properly and owners are educated, not shamed. He leads how Noble Canine Oasis communicates with the wider community, keeping the message warm, honest, and welfare-led.
Jordan Issaakidis
Finance & Commercial
Jordan brings commercial rigour without losing sight of purpose. A committed dog lover, he initially advised on the venture, then chose to step in as a partner because he wanted to help build something meaningful, sustainable, and genuinely impactful for dogs and families long-term. He helps ensure Noble Canine Oasis can raise standards and keep them there.
